Lunch Boards

These boards/posters/banners are designed to help parents, caregivers, older students
and adults understand healthy food choices and use information on food packages to help make decisions.
Each board includes shopping tips for busy on-the-go people.

Information is presented by food groups and categories
(e.g. Drinks) with healthier choices and important information clearly highlighted.

Reproducible handout material: Those who own/purchase boards will be notified when available (late fall 2009)

The Manitoba Physical Education Teachers Association will help schools with MPETA members purchase Lunch Boards.
