Creamy Chocolate Raspberry Fondue

Yield
3 cups (750 mL)


Ingredients
1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips 300 g
1 pkg cream cheese, softened 250 g
1 cup milk 250 mL
¼ cup raspberry liqueur or raspberry syrup 50 mL
     
     
     
     


Directions
Combine all ingredients in small-sized heavy-bottomed saucepan or double boiler. Over low heat, cook, stirring constantly until mixture is melted and smooth. Transfer to ceramic fondue pot and keep warm over low heat.
