Dessert Pizza

Ingredients
Crust    
1 cup butter, softened 250 mL
½  cup powdered sugar 125 mL
2 cups flour 500 mL
     
Sauce    
1 pkg cream cheese 250 g
1 cup whipping cream 250 mL
½  cup powdered sugar 125 mL
     
Toppings    
½  cup sliced strawberries 125 mL
½  cup blueberries 125 mL
1 can canned mandarin oranges, well drained 1 can
1 kiwi sliced 1
  chocolate syrup  


Directions
Crust: Preheat oven to 325° F. Cream butter in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add the sugar and flour, and mix well. Using your fingertips or the heel of your hand, press out the dough into a pizza pan, or roll it flat into a circle on a cookie sheet. Bake the dough 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Sauce & Toppings: Beat whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks. Cream cream cheese and sugar in a separate bowl. Stir in 1/3 of the whipped cream. Fold in the remaining whipped cream. Spread whipped cream mixture onto the cooled crust. Arrange fruit on the pizza. Chill until ready to serve. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
