| Directions |
|
Crust: Preheat oven to 325° F.
Cream butter in a large mixing bowl. Gradually add the sugar
and flour, and mix well. Using your fingertips or the heel of
your hand, press out the dough into a pizza pan, or roll it
flat into a circle on a cookie sheet. Bake the dough 15-20
minutes, until the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven
and let cool. Sauce &
Toppings: Beat whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Cream cream cheese and sugar in a separate bowl. Stir in 1/3
of the whipped cream. Fold in the remaining whipped cream.
Spread whipped cream mixture onto the cooled crust. Arrange
fruit on the pizza. Chill until ready to serve. Drizzle with
chocolate syrup before serving. |
