Honey-Kahlua Fruit Dip
Heavenly! There is no better way to describe
it.

eggs, beaten |

honey |
50 mL |
|
¼ cup |
orange juice |
50 mL |
|
½ cup |
Kahlua |
125 mL |
|
2 cups |
whipping cream |
500 mL |
|
¼ cup |
icing sugar |
50 mL |
|
sprinkle |
cinnamon |
sprinkle |

| Directions |
|
Pour first 4 ingredients in a saucepan.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until mixture
coats the back of a spoon. Cool mixture. Whip cream until
slightly thickened. Add icing sugar and continue beating until
soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cooled mixture.
Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving if desired. Serve with
fresh fruit. |
