Honey-Kahlua Fruit Dip

Heavenly! There is no better way to describe it.
 

Yield
4 cups


Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten 2
¼ cup honey 50 mL
¼ cup orange juice 50 mL
½ cup Kahlua 125 mL
2 cups whipping cream 500 mL
¼ cup icing sugar 50 mL
sprinkle cinnamon sprinkle


Directions
Pour first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until mixture coats the back of a spoon. Cool mixture. Whip cream until slightly thickened. Add icing sugar and continue beating until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cooled mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving if desired. Serve with fresh fruit.
