Banana Breakfast Booster

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups milk* 625 mL
1/2 cup plain yogurt** 125 mL
1 banana, peeled, quartered 1
2 Tbsp liquid honey 30 mL
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate 75 mL
     
     
     
     


Directions
Place milk, yogurt, banana, honey and juice concentrate in blender. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
