Café au Lait

Yield
1 cup (250 mL)


Ingredients
1 cup milk * 250 mL
1 Tbsp instant coffee crystals 15 mL
1 tsp sugar 5 mL
     
     
     
     


Directions
Heat milk, but do not boil. Add coffee crystals and sugar. Whip with wire whisk until foamy.
