Cappuccino AM

Yield
4 cups (1 L)


Ingredients
2 cups milk *, hot 500 mL
2 cups hot espresso or strong coffee 500 mL
4 tsp sugar 20 mL
pinch cinnamon pinch
  grated semi-sweet chocolate  
     
     


Directions
Combine hot milk, hot coffee, sugar and cinnamon in blender and blend at high speed until frothy. Pour into mugs and sprinkle with the grated chocolate.
