Continental Hot Chocolate

Yield
2 cups (500 mL)


Ingredients
2 cups milk*, hot 500 mL
1/3 cup chocolate syrup 75 mL
1/4 cup instant coffee crystals 50 mL
1/4 tsp almond extract 1 mL
1/2 cup whipping cream 125 mL
  nutmeg  


Directions
Combine hot milk, syrup, coffee and almond extract. Whip cream until soft peaks form. Pour milk mixture into mugs, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
