FRUIT SHAKE

Ingredients
3/4 cup milk 175 mL
3/4 cup plain or flavoured yogurt 175 mL
3/4 cup drained pineapple chunks* 175 mL
2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate 30 mL
     
     


Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth, and serve.
* Substitute pineapple for another favorite fruit.
