Fruity Yogurt Milk

1 3/4 cup (425 mL)


Ingredients
1 cup fruit yogurt** 250 mL
1/2 cup milk* 125 mL
1/4 cup sliced fruit (fresh, canned or frozen) 50 mL
  sugar to taste  
     
     
     
     
     


Directions
Combine ingredients in blender; cover and blend until smooth. Makes about 1 3/4 cup (425 mL).
