Honey Yogurt Sipper

Yield
2 cups (500 mL)


Ingredients
1 cup milk * 250 mL
1/2 cup vanilla or fruit flavoured yogurt ** 125 mL
1 Tbsp liquid honey 15 mL
     
     
     


Directions
Place milk, yogurt and honey in blender container. Cover and blend at high speed until smooth.
