Yield
4 cups (1 L)


Ingredients
1 cup espresso 250 mL
1 1/2 cups milk * 375 mL
2 Tbsp sugar 30 mL
3 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate 45 mL
2 Tbsp brandy extract 30 mL
2 cups ice cubes 500 mL


Directions
Pour espresso into blender. Add sugar, orange juice and brandy extract. Blend at medium speed for 30 seconds. Add milk and ice cubes and blend at high speed until smooth and frothy. Pour over additional ice cubes and garnish with oranges slices.
