Nutmeg Coffee Nog

double strength coffee |
500 mL |

nutmeg |

| Directions |
|
Combine milk and cream in medium
saucepan. Beat together egg yolks, sugar and nutmeg. Add to
milk mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture
coats a metal spoon. (Do not boil.) Whisk coffee into milk
mixture. Serve very hot, topped with whipped cream and ground
nutmeg. |
