Orangey Ice Cream Smoothie

Yield
4 cups (1 L)


Ingredients
4 large oranges 4
2 cups vanilla ice cream *** 500 mL
1/2 cup chopped fresh or drained canned peaches 125 mL
6 ice cubes 6
  fresh mint leaves for garnish  
     
     


Directions
Slice off top of each orange (top ¼). Scoop out pulp and juice. Keep the orange shells. Purée orange pulp and juice, ice cream, peaches and ice cubes in food processor, or blender, until smooth. Fill orange shells with ice cream mixture. Garnish each one with mint leaf. Serve with short straws.
