Pina Colada

Yield
1¾ cups (425 mL)


Ingredients
3/4 cup milk* 175 mL
1/2 cup crushed pineapple 125 mL
3 Tbsp light rum 45 mL
2 Tbsp canned coconut milk 30 mL
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream*** 1 large scoop
     
     


Directions
Combine ingredients in blender; cover and blend until smooth. Garnish with pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
