Raspberry Milk

Yield
1 1/2 cups (375 mL)


Ingredients
1 cup milk 250 mL
1/4 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen) 50 mL
2 Tbsp red or black currant syrup (or liqueur) 30 mL
  sugar to taste  
     
     
     
     
     


Directions
Combine ingredients in blender; cover and blend until smooth. Strain if desired.
