Ingredients
1 cup buttermilk * 250 mL
1 tsp orange rind, grated 5 mL
2 Tbsp honey 30 mL
1 orange 1
     
     


Directions
Blend until smooth; serve chilled. Variation: Replace orange with a peach and walnuts.
