Candy Cane Cream

Pipe or spoon this scrumptious filling into pastry shells, cream puffs or chocolate cups for a unique presentation. Or use as a topping for fruit crisp, fruit salad, pudding or cake.

2 ½ cups (625 mL)


Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream 250 mL
½  cup crushed candy canes 125 mL
     
     
     
     


Directions
Whip cream until slightly thickened. Add candy cane and continue to whip until soft peaks form.
