Creamy Cocoa Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup milk * 250 mL
4 Tbsp cocoa powder 60 mL
5 Tbsp flour 75 mL
½  cup sugar 125 mL
1 cup 10% cream 250 mL
     
     
     


Directions
Combine sugar, cocoa and flour together. Slowly add milk and cream. Mix well. Pour mixture in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Pour mixture into pudding dishes and refrigerate until set.
