Creamy Vanilla Fondue

Yield
1½ cups (375 mL)


Ingredients
½  cup butter 125 mL
1 cup sugar 250 mL
½  cup cream (any kind) 125 mL
1 tsp vanilla 5 mL
     
     
     
     


Directions
Over low heat, melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar, cream and vanilla and stir constantly until sugar is dissolved (about 5 minutes). Pour sauce into small fondue pot and keep warm on very low heat.
