Perfect Peach Fluff
Yogurt adds a special tang to this light and
colorful dessert.

peach-flavoured jelly powder |
85 g |
|
1 1/2 cups |
boiling water |
375 mL |
|
2 cups |
lower-fat plain yogurt |
500 mL |
|
1 - 14 oz can |
sliced peaches, drained |
398 mL |
|

Lightly grease or spray with non-stick
coating a 5 cup (1½L) ring mold. In medium bowl dissolve jelly
powder in boiling water. Refrigerate 5-10 minutes. Stir yogurt
until creamy. Gradually blend yogurt into jelly. Fold in
peaches. Pour into prepared mold. Refrigerate until firm.
Invert to unmold. |
