Quick And Easy Triple Chocolate Ice Cream

6½ cups (1.625 L)


Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk 300 mL
3/4 cup chocolate milk * 175 mL
1/2 cup cocoa powder 125 mL
1 tsp vanilla 5 mL
1/2 cup chocolate chips 125 mL
2 cups whipping cream 500 mL


 
In large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, chocolate milk, cocoa, chocolate chips and vanilla until well blended. Set aside. In large chilled bowl, beat whipping cream at medium speed with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into chocolate milk mixture until well combined. Spoon into 9-inch square glass baking dish. Freeze 3 hours or overnight. Let ice cream stand at room temperature 10 – 15 minutes before serving. Top with chocolate sauce, if desired.
