Quick And Easy Triple Chocolate Ice

sweetened condensed milk |

chocolate milk * |

cocoa powder |
125 mL |

vanilla |

chocolate chips |
125 mL |

2 cups |
whipping cream |
500 mL |

In large bowl, whisk together condensed
milk, chocolate milk, cocoa, chocolate chips and vanilla until
well blended. Set aside. In large chilled bowl, beat whipping
cream at medium speed with electric mixer until stiff peaks
form. Fold whipped cream into chocolate milk mixture until
well combined. Spoon into 9-inch square glass baking dish.
Freeze 3 hours or overnight. Let ice cream stand at room
temperature 10 – 15 minutes before serving. Top with chocolate
sauce, if desired. |
