Quick And Easy Vanilla Ice Cream

sweetened condensed milk |

175 mL |

vanilla |
15 mL |

whipping cream |
500 mL |

In large bowl, whisk together condensed
milk, milk and vanilla until well blended. Set aside. In large
chilled bowl, beat whipping cream at medium speed with
electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into
milk mixture until well combined. Spoon into 9-inch square
glass baking dish. Freeze 3 hours or overnight. Let ice cream
stand at room temperature 10 – 15 minutes before serving. Top
with fresh fruit, toasted coconut or nuts, chocolate sauce or
cookie crumbs, if desired. |
