Silky Chocolate Sauce

Yield
1 2/3 cups (400 mL)


Ingredients
1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips 175 g
1/3 cup corn syrup 75 mL
3/4 cup whipping cream 175 mL


Directions
In medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and corn syrup. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Gradually stir in whipping cream. Continue cooking and stirring until hot. Serve warm or cool.
