Tia Maria Mocha Fondue

Yield
2 cups (500 mL)


Ingredients
1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips 300 g
1 cup whipping cream 250 mL
1 Tbsp instant coffee granules 15 mL
3 Tbsp Tia Maria liqueur 45 mL


Directions
Combine all ingredients in small-sized heavy-bottomed saucepan or double boiler. Over low heat, cook, stirring constantly until mixture is melted and smooth. Transfer to ceramic fondue pot and keep warm over low heat.
