Very Berry Yogurt Pops

strawberries, sliced (fresh or frozen) |

1 cup |
blueberries (fresh or frozen) |
250 mL |

2 cups |
yogurt (raspberry, blueberry or strawberry) |
500 mL |
|
1 cup |
milk (white or strawberry) |
250 mL |

| Directions |
|
Place ingredients in blender. Blend until
smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or small (3 oz/100 mL) paper
cups. If using paper cups, freeze until partially frozen, then
insert a wooden stick into the center of each. Freeze until
firm. To serve, peel off paper cup or run popsicle mold under
warm water to loosen. |
