Very Berry Yogurt Pops

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, sliced (fresh or frozen) 250 mL
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 250 mL
2 cups yogurt (raspberry, blueberry or strawberry) 500 mL
1 cup milk (white or strawberry) 250 mL


Directions
Place ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds or small (3 oz/100 mL) paper cups. If using paper cups, freeze until partially frozen, then insert a wooden stick into the center of each. Freeze until firm. To serve, peel off paper cup or run popsicle mold under warm water to loosen.
