Cheesy Breakfast Strata

| Directions |
|
Place half the bread cubes in lightly
greased 9” by 13” (22x33 cm) baking dish. Top with half the
Brie, half the cheddar, and all the onion and garlic. In a
large bowl beat together remaining ingredients. Pour half the
egg mixture over onion, cheese, and bread layers. Top with
remaining bread cubes, cheeses and egg mixture. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours overnight. Uncover. Bake at 350°F
(180°C) 45-60 minutes or until puffed and golden. Let stand 10
minutes before serving. |
